You might have seen some of my content on Youtube or on Reddit but today I have the pleasure of writing an article for The Cycle Database! I’ve been following this project for a while and I’m excited to have an opportunity to work with Dilbo, Rufio & Loveless!
But, that's not why you’re here! With all the hard work that's gone into the Cycle Database we were able to come up with a new loot run for the Cycle Frontier! This run will net you hundreds of thousands of K-marks, exotic and epic tier weapons, consistently get you the crafting components for blue armor & get you rare quest items!
Sounds too good to be true right? Well with the full release of The Cycle they’ve refreshed the area between Favela and the Fallen Tree filling it with tons of focus crystals and titan ore! To get an idea of the path we’ll be taking I recommend popping up the Crescent Falls interactive map, here on The Cycle Database! Untrack everything and add trackers for “FocusCrystal Vein, Key Door & BrittleTitanOre Vein” in the bottom left between Favela and Fallen tree you can quickly see the route we will be taking. Following all of these nodes along the way you should easily be able to fill up an entire squad running blue or even purple tiered backpacks with high value mining materials! Don’t let that statement discourage you though this run is extremely effective with even entry level equipment. I’d personally recommend white tactical armor and helmet from the generic store paired with the trench gun or ar-55 for this run! It goes without saying this run can be ran forwards or backwards depending on your spawn location and your evacs! Either after or before mining the nodes the big stop we will be making on this loot run is the Favela! Favela has been reworked to be an “Extreme Danger Area” a.k.a a Tier 5 loot area. This means it has the best chance of spawning rare items from weapons like the kor-47 and brute to rare crafting and quest items like smart mesh and autoloaders! While we’re here its great to stop by the new “Community Room Key” a purple rarity key that contains four weapon crates! Weapon crates on full release raise loot rarity by one making these weapon crates tier 6 loot! In a single run I’ve seen a Kor-47, three Flechettes and a Brute! Now that was lucky but you can see how good these weapon crates are! After hitting the Favela Commuity Room Key its time to move up the hill to the “Loose House Key” this is a white rarity key that can everyone can easily find after searching a few jackets. This house also has a tier 6 weapon crate in it!
After you’ve minined to your hearts content and filled your backpack with rare weapons and items it’s time to head to evac! On the way keep your eyes open for Rare Flowers they will spawn on vine clusters covered in leaves, the flowers themselves are blue! If you grab a couple of these every run you will have an infinite supply of blue backpacks!
